Afghanistan is at war. Collaborating with the enemy during wartime is considered High Treason. There can’t be any valid Elections, Votes, Political Parties, etc., in countries like Afghanistan.

Happy New Year! Thank you very much for these articals, they all are helpful for my book. I was back China at 30th, Dec. 2012. As I told you, I would visit Pakistan again if I get the fund from the Provincial Government to finish my book.

I also hope to find some papers about the history or activities of JUI-F, JI and other Islamic parties. I find I’m short of these datas in my book. Would you please send some to me if you happen to have some? Or let me know where to find them. Thanks.
